I am a lifelong resident of Baxter Springs. I attend church here and I am involved in many community activities. My three children were students of Baxter Schools and we were always impressed with the level of academic excellence! I would love a chance to contribute to the district's success.
I believe that every child can succeed if given the correct and appropriate tools they need. I believe that a child's value and self-worth is more important than test scores. I believe in a NO DRAMA (or as little drama as possible) classroom and work environment. I believe in giving my BEST EFFORT to my students and their families every day. I believe in the kids.
