Increased volunteer force from 89 to 150 volunteers representing over 25 area churches after I became Executive Director. Worked with board, staff and volunteers to present a budget that was drastically in the red when I became responsible for the organization. I took initiatives that not only kept us operational, but also secured funds to complete our objectives in the community. Finished the 2013 fiscal year with the largest surplus in funding in the organization's history. Implemented the teaching of God's word into every program that provides instruction to clients.
