Administrator Baptist Home for Girls and have lead the campus for over 23 years. I have worked with volunteers and contractors to rebuild all the cottages from 1996-1999. By using volunteers OBHC saved over $1,000,000.00
I have operated the campus with a budget over $1,000,000.00 to $1,300,000.00per year since 1993.
I have been a part of the OBHC leadership cabinet since 1993.
Lead the campus in working with OBHC donors and development representatives to raise $1,800,000.00 to build the Thompson/Mabee cottage, Transitional-Independent living duplex and campus warehouse.
Worked with donors and volunteers to build our Therapeutic Animal Learning Center. Cost $250,000.00
Lead BHG to build an active and therapeutic animal program with 20 to 25 girls participating each year
Created, designed and developed the student leadership training (Triple C) for the teenage residence of OBHC
Developed and maintain the OBHC student opinion survey(FivePoints)
Manage the cell phones for OBHC
Managed the property and liability insurance for OBHC

House Father - ( June 1, 1984 - December 31,1989) Boys Ranch Town, Edmond, Oklahoma Dawn and I were houseparents in the Howard cottage and we cared for 12 boys at a time with a total of 85 boys in our care
Worked on campus and helped with welding and maintenance.
Designed and led the transitional living cottage for new boys coming to Boys Ranch
Social Worker 2 - ( February 1, 1990 - May 15, 1991) Child Welfare, Stephens County Departmenr of Human Services, Duncan, Oklahoma Supervised 35 foster homes with a total of 70 children.
County "In Need of Treatment" worker for Stephens county.
Prepared court reports.
Conducted Child Welfare investigations.
Conducted home studies for foster homes.
Worked with state wide adoption workers to find homes for adoption available children
Assistant Administrator - ( April 1, 1991 - September 1, 1993) Baptist Childrens Home, Madill, Oklahoma Supervised Houseparents and case workers working with the children and families.
Supervised staff and develop program for 56 residents on campus and group homes in Ada and Mcalester, Ok.
