Serve as director of 70 year-old community orientated non-profit organization serving Owensboro and Daviess County in Kentucky. Agency employs some 41 full and part-time administrative, childcare and youth workers and has an annual operating budget of over $800,000. Personally wrote over 20 grants and recieved 19 grants totally over $200,000. Also turned agency from a failing non-profit program to one of the county's best and most sucessful in three years.

Accomplishments
From 2009 to present I was appointed and serve on numerous boards and organizations in Owensboro, Kentucky, including the Owensboro Planning and Zoning Commission, Independence Bank Community Board, Owensboro Housing Authority Board, Audubon Area Community Services, Pioneering Healthy Communities, and Owensboro Drug Alliance Steering Committee. Also completed Owensboro's Emege Leadership Program in 2012. Finally, also ran for Owensboro City Commissioner in the 2012 Election, losing by a very narrow margin.
