Aquatic Education Intern, 2012-2013, Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation, provided education through clinics to the public, maintained 720 acre education area, helped with trail construction and other projects.
I have volunteered on a number of projects associated with OSU, US Fish and Wildlife, and the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation. In these projects I have participated in electrofishing, seine samples, backpack shocking, gill netting, and other sampling techniques. Also I have gained experience in canoeing/kayaking, boat operation, and navigation in the field.
